Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative -
- Handle inbound calls from customers related to Kotak 811 digital savings accounts
- Resolve customer queries related to mobile app usage, transactions, login or account issues
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and guide them step-by-step
- Ensure first-call resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the relevant departments
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems diligently
- Meet performance targets like AHT, quality scores and customer experience metrics.
