Responsibilities of Benefits Coordinator -
- Manage US and India data entry for benefit eligibility and benefit change activities where we do not have a file feed integration with the vendor
- Support our people systems team as necessary on any file feed integration activities
- Research and resolve benefits data issues, escalating to benefits analyst as appropriate
- Resolve issues or escalate as appropriate
- Facilitate collection of data needed to support multiple state and federal compliance activities
- Research compliance submission requirements, prepare filings as necessary
- Manage recurring benefits compliance calendar
- Assist with annual renewal and open enrollment activities
- Assist with creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for benefits-related processes.
