Responsibilities for Premium Services Associate -
- Assist premium passengers with check-in, lounge access, boarding and special assistance
- Ensure professionalism, courtesy and efficiency in meeting passenger needs
- Guide premium service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Coordinate with lounge teams to maintain a welcoming environment and manage guest flow
- Resolve lounge issues promptly and uphold service standards
- Build strong relationships with premium passengers, corporate clients and travel agents
- Address inquiries, feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
