Responsibilities of Sponsorship Executive -
- Conduct research and deliver industry insights to identify new categories and potential partners
- Support outreach efforts by creating target lists and assisting in first-level engagement
- Design and develop sponsorship decks, proposals and pitches tailored to prospective partners
- Ensure all documents and presentations adhere to brand guidelines and communicate value effectively
- Assist the Sponsorship Manager in tracking deliverables, timelines and key partnership tasks
- Maintain trackers for contractual rights, ensuring all sponsorship assets are delivered in full and on time
- Support reporting by collating evidence of asset delivery (photos, videos, data, media clippings)
- Act as a point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring clear communication and delivery of assets
- Support in preparing post-season partner reports to showcase value delivered.
