Responsibilities for Junior Procurement Operations Specialist -
- Assist in processing purchase requisition, purchase orders and maintaining procurement records
- Support vendor on-boarding and documentation compliance
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements
- Track and report on procurement metrics and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate data in procurement systems and tools
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
