Job Location for Meesho Recruitment 2025 -
For senior associate, the

Responsibilities of Category Associate -
- Mentor, motivate and provide direction to a team of key account managers
- Advocate Meesho’s values and principles across your team
- Work with central teams to ensure best selection, affordable prices and high discovery on the platform
- Develop robust processes for smooth execution of all critical tasks
- Compile and evaluate metrics for success assessment of individual and team level tasks
- Helps define category short and medium term goals, design execution roadmap and set team priorities that align with company’s overall strategic goals.
Responsibilities of Senior Associate -
- Own gross loss, net Loss metrics and work on gross loss reduction charter to minimize losses in supply chain
- Work with different stakeholders to complete the process within the target days
- Create instrumentation for tracking pending shipments and work on ops closures
- Help in designing SOPs that are cost-effective, scalable and aligned to business strategy for backend processes
- Identify potential points of continuous improvement to fill in existing process gaps
- Conduct data analysis to develop insights and identify areas of improvement.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For senior associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 and for category associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
