Responsibilities of Chat Support Specialist -
  • Work with Microsoft consumer products and deliver exceptional support via chat. 
  • Be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows and O365 issues
  • Provide fast, clear, and effective solutions through chat support
  • Create a positive experience by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting
  • Use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
Responsibilities of Customer Support (Voice Process) -
  • Make calls to end users to clarify the following queries in order journey like cancellation, appointment booking, permission to work, address clarification etc
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to end users and explaining the possible solutions and ensuring that end user feels supported and valued
  • Meet required productivity metrics, i.e. call volume levels, contacts made, payment promises secured, amount collected etc
  • Meet required criteria for call quality standards
  • Perform customer service functions by responding to inquiries and complaints
  • May recommend repayment schedules and settlements to manage losses and make other recommendations to management as needed.
Responsibilities of Internship Interns
  • Fulfilling the tasks set out by supervisors
  • During the internship, students work on live projects
  • Creating images for social media posts 
  • Performing research at supervisor's request
  • Creating presentations, drafting reports etc
  • It is an eight weeks internship during which you will work with different teams at Infosys.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For for internship interns post, the payable salary will be Rs 15,000 - 20,000, for chat support and voice process posts, the payable salary will be Rs 23,300 - 28,500 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
