Job Location for Toast Recruitment 2025 -

Responsibilities of Customer Support On-boarding Associate -
- Execute critical on-boarding tasks and workflows in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA and Asana to track progress and manage tasks
- Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot on-boarding issues and support new product roll-outs
- Maintain and meet defined SLA's while managing multiple priorities efficiently
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Responsibilities of HR Operations Associate -
- Support accurate data entry in HR systems (like Workday and Greenhouse)
- Maintain clean and consistent employee records through regular checks and updates
- Assist with employee lifecycle activities such as on-boarding, off-boarding and internal changes
- Monitor and manage employee inquiries via the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when required
- Collaborate with teams such as Benefits to address employee questions and support program implementation
- Keep internal documentation up to date, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Work in a data-sensitive environment, upholding data privacy and maintaining confidentiality as per company policies.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer support on-boarding associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 38,500 and for HR operations associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,600 per month approximately.
