Responsibilities of International Voice Process -
- Handle customer interactions daily with zero availability time
- Ensure SLAs are met consistently at individual and team level
- Meet and exceed all performance thresholds
- Focus on Key KPI's like RSAT, AHT and customer experience
- Constantly remain abreast of new changes
- Implement feedback and corrective actions to avoid repeat instances.
Responsibilities of Webchat -
- Answer incoming calls, respond top email and chats
- Explain company's features, products and services
- Make billing adjustments in accordance with company policies
- Respond to general customer service inquiries about our products and services
- Consult with customers to determine their needs
- Recommend the appropriate products and services
- Document every interaction with a customer in the appropriate account or ticket system
- Meet and exceed all performance and sales goals/ metrics
- Identify and acting upon opportunities to upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers
- Create a first-class customer service experience
- Handle all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For international voice process and webchat posts, the payable salary will be Rs 32,500 per month approximately.
