Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For promo producer post, the payable salary will be Rs 50,500 and for video editor post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,600 per month approximately. (Note

Responsibilities of Promo Producer -
- Conceptualize, write and execute creative show promos
- Ideate creative routes and scripts on the specific project assigned
- Direct the editor, graphics and audio engineer to create an effective promo
- Should have a good sense of edit, audio design and graphic design to direct the teams
- Should be able to coordinate with the marketing team to ensure project completion in a smooth and timely manner
- Develop and execute video ad campaigns for performance marketing
- Analyze performance data to inform creative decisions.
- Work closely with our writing and marketing teams to produce high-performing video ads
- Creating both long-form (30 - 40 minutes) and short-form (up to 2 minutes) content that captures user attention and drives app engagement
- Edit and produce high-quality long-form and short-form video ads for platforms like Facebook and YouTube
- Collaborate with writers to turn scripts into visually engaging content
- Use Adobe and Corel software tools for image and video production.
