1. Officers Scale(1) - 5123
2. Officers Scale(2) - 1581
3. Officers Scale (3) - 169
4. Office Assistants - 8298.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For office assistants posts, the payable salary will be Rs 15,000 - 19,000, for officers scale(1) posts, the payable salary will be Rs 29,000 - 33,000, for officers scale(2) posts, the payable salary will be Rs 33,000 - 39,000 and for officers scale(3) posts, the payable salary will be Rs 38,000 - 44,000. Educational Qualifications - Candidates have done 10th (matriculation), 12th, a graduate degree or its equivalent/relevant/higher qualification from a recognized board or university. Selection Method - For recruitment in the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in personal discussion and then personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
